My client, based in London are looking for a Test Engineering Manager to join their team.

As a Test Engineering Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the direction of the System Test team. You and your team will work closely with the Hardware and Software teams to ensure that the system is fully tested. You will also ensure that all individuals within your team have a training plan in place and implemented to ensure the continuous development of the companies Engineers.

The responsibilities that you have within the Test Engineering Manager role will be both organisational and technical and thus you will need to have an extensive background in Systems testing, prior experience in testing Antennas, proven experience of leading and managing teams, and comfort in developing fully costed project plans.
