Description:
In this role, the candidate will interface with internal stakeholders including Line of Business (LOB) leadership, marketing, sales, channel partners and legal and be responsible for collaborating/influencing leads to execute the requirements and measure results. This role will work closely with commercial security leaders and collaborate with other HON divisions where there are offering/channel synergies.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the marketing operations strategy and demand generation activity within the Commercial Security line of business for BLX to support the revenue targets
o Strategy should be focused on digital initiatives
o Provide localized external communications
o Support key/defined regional tradeshows and events
o Develop/execute campaigns/promotions to achieve region targets
• Develop/support the development of zero base budget, planning and reporting
• Develop MOS for working with countries specified
• Oversee marketing operations activities within BLX
• Manage/execute NPI launch plans in BLX
• Provide Marketing Operations support for the Distribution Program in BLX
• Support critical business objectives for the Commercial Security business as assigned
• Work effectively with leadership as an adviser, critical resource and change agent and be able to work seamlessly with colleagues in other functions, LOBs, businesses and other regions
• Lead the transformation of Marketing Operation practices with the creation of a newly integrated Customer Marketing Team with the objectives of improving service and quality; reducing costs; and migrating toward more contemporary practices for an enhanced customer experience
• Perform and lead excellent communications work
• Hold team members to high standards
• Drive continuous improvement and seek ways to do things better, faster and more efficiently
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree
• Knowledge / Exp in marketing/communications environment
• Knowledge / Exp of executing integrated marketing communications across several countries
Additional Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in marketing, communications or related field
• MBA preferred
• Both corporate and agency Exp desired
• Demonstrated ability to drive and execute successful Communication / PR and marketing programs
• Strong strategic thinking/planning skills and Exp , with a proven track record of executing high-impact, results-oriented integrated marketing communications programs
• Excellent business writing and editing skills
• Excellent organizational and project planning skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Exp working with and managing outside agencies, Strong influencing and negotiating skills with the ability to motivate
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and matrixed environment
**Ideally we are looking for a candidate who has an additional language to English with a preference for those who can speak Dutch or French.**
