Senior Quantity Surveyor Enfield | House builder | Quantity Surveyor The ideal candidate for this Senior Quantity Surveyor position will have extensive experience delivering residential projects, ideally whilst working for a residential developer. This is a great chance to progress within an expanding business who have a strong order book.I am looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who will be able to hit the ground running taking full commercial responsibility for several sites. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be based out of my client's head office and will be required to make visits to one their many sites dotted across Hertfordshire. Typically, their projects are:One off bespoke buildsDevelopments ranging from 5 to 125 unitsLuxury apartmentsPenthouses Requirements for this Senior Quantity Surveyor position: Must have a BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or a relevant degree.Must have at least 6+ years UK experience working as a QSExperience managing new build residential projects with exposure to JCT form of contract.Previous experience working for a residential developer or main contractorPrevious experience running your own projectsExcellent communication skills, verbally and writtenKnowledge of the Residential Development marketGood organisational skills Requirements for this Senior Quantity Surveyor position: £60,000 - £70,000 per annumCompetitive benefits packageCar or travel allowance.
