Solution Architect/3-6 month contract/Hertfordshire/£550-£600 per day

Spring Technology are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our leading Clients who are seeking a Solutions Architect

We are looking for a Solution Architect with Design and Solution bias, you will be leading a significant components of the design of the software applications

It is essential to have experience with Oracle HCM, Cloud and Integration

Working with Oracle the chosen software platform you will be responsible for the development and support process for software programme

The role will entail

*Leading group discussions on design of particular areas and understand domain well enough to work with Product Managers to drive value

*Work effectively with product stakeholders to communicate and translate their needs into improvements in the product..

*Produce proof of concepts to evaluate new tools.

*Demonstrate the importance of domain model and coherently model a problem domain within a given context

*Use in-depth knowledge of at least one major programming language, the framework and the tool ecosystem to design end-to-end systems

*Apply understanding of cohesion and the SOLID principles to ensure it is understood and can review well structured, maintainable software.

*Identify patterns in systems and refactor the design towards them where it increases understanding and/or maintainability with minimal guidance.

*Translate requirements into tasks & code.

*Ruthlessly pursuing continuous integration and delivery.

*Automate everything by default.

*Design secure systems and code by default.

*Design in relevant project and product instrumentation.

*Encourage the best practices of continuous BDD/TDD/Performance/ Security/Smoke testing.

*Design solutions aligned to Clients Engineering standards and services and reduce the total cost of ownership by removing systems no longer required in the landscape.

*Use strategic applications to build solutions ensuring that there is little to no technical debt.

*Use modern application architecture techniques and integration patterns to build scalable, maintainable and interoperable systems

*Understand the use of cloud services and ensure the full benefits are realised
