Hello,for our client in Ottobrunn we are looking for a Service Delivery Manager (m/w/d). Aufgabe:Installation, test and acceptanceInstall new hardware, software and updates;Tests and validation of user mobile phoneManage and perform acceptance testing of new devices (the acceptance procedure have to be given by AIRBUS);Device removal from service on demand from AIRBUS;Test, validate and deliver non-standard devices for VIPs (the acceptance procedure have to be given by AIRBUS)Plan book and manage all requests for new antenna installationsManagements of user appointments for delivery of user service briefing and device trainingPhysical delivery of the device directly to the User Maintenance and administrationFollow-up equipment evolution;Track actions using incident management et asset management tools;Follow-up the actions and process under his/her responsibility;Asset Management and stocks (spare) management;Keep a spare of "Non standard" kit for any country where it is necessary for a user traveling in a region where their normal mobile device does not support the local Radio frequency bands Service Support actionsSecond Line Support on Mobile Telephone Incidents, requests and malfunctions;Investigation and diagnostic;Second level-diagnosis and transfer of the incidents to the qualified entities;Resolution and recovery;Incident closure;Manage interventions priorities;Knows the fields of competences and specialties of his/her colleagues (to reroute and for escalation purpose),Proceed to the resolution of the problems in a methodical way (methodical elimination of the potentials causes of the incidents and dysfunctions…) SupportHelp the user to get started with the equipment;Assist the users to use the tools and the equipment functionalities.Carrying out some diagnostics to test SIM card functionalityLanguagesGermanEnglischProjektrahmendatenEinsatzort: Ottobrunn
