In this role you will be sat within our welcoming senior management team. This is a diverse and challenging role with plenty of aspects for you to get involved in! You need to have a solid background in digital, ideally with previous agency experience. You will be managing our development team, so experience in HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript is really important. As well as this you will be key to the growth of the business, interacting with clients and helping us get our name out there.

Therefore you need to be a confident communicator with an interest in business development. Conversing with HR daily, you will be taking a lead on our recruitment moving forward . It's a role with many moving parts, but for the right person we feel it will be highly rewarding and a chance to make your mark!YOU NEED TO HAVE…

* A solid background in digital development, ideally in an agency

* An appreciation for, or experience working in HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript

* Confident and the desire to lead a team

* An understating of costing an budget managementIT IS NICE TO HAVE…

* Experience in UX / UI

* An understanding of broader digital marketing strategiesTO BE CONSIDERED…
