UX / UI Designer - City of London - Permanent - £65k - £72k Per Annum.

The Company

An experienced UX / UI Designer with strong knowledge of the full customer journey, is required by a Financial Services company, based in the City of London.

The Role

This role will own the entire design process from research, validation and visual design through to production. The successful applicant will transform the customer experience digitally and online for the business.

Responsibilities

*Understand the full customer journey, identify gaps and opportunities to shape the overall service

*Work with partner agencies to deliver a world class customer experience helping millions of people across the UK

*Collaborate with product management and software engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience

*Document, manage and govern the complex processes that drive and underpin the customer journeys

*Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to Sprint teams

*Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas

Experience Required

*Strong experience working as a UX designer, UX researcher and UI designer

*Demonstrable UX process from research to wireframes/ prototypes and UI design skills

*Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps

*Proficiency using Adobe XD /Invision for prototyping as well as other visual design and wireframing tools

*Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction

*Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies

*Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
