Service Delivery Manager - ITSM - (ITIL) - Contract - South West England - Outside IR35. My client, a leading UK University, is looking for an experienced Service Delivery manager (ITSM experience) for an initial 6 month contract, with likely extensions thereafter. The purpose of the role is to support the IT Services Operational Leadership whilst the department optimises IT Service Management including new / updated service management processes and tooling. You will also be required to: ensure the overall execution of efficient and effective IT Services delivery; ensure that services are meeting agreed service levels; ensure expected service outcomes of the ITSM Programme are achieved and benefits realised.
Mandatory Skills
10 years of Service Delivery Management within complex environments of multiple IT services and supply partners, with multiple constraints and challenges
Prioritisation and implementation of issue resolution, risk remediation / mitigation and improvement initiatives
Managed / Overseen Operational Readiness of Major ITSM Programme(s)
Experience of Service Management toolsets
ITIL v3 'Expert' certified
