Avaya Engineer vacancy requiring profound Network knowledge for a globally operating Zurich based company in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:5+ years' experience with Avaya including CM administration and vectoringExpertise in Networking with CCNA qualificationProfound knowledge in CMS reportingBackground in desktop support as well as familiarity with NICE call recording and administrationPractice in packaging of applicationsLanguages: fluent English and German both written and spoken, French is a plusYour tasks:Maintaining support for a complex telecom environment including Avaya productsTroubleshooting and analysing system issuesProviding subject matter expertise on voice system engineeringMonitoring and reviewing network infrastructure Updating hardware and software componentsStart: ASAP
