Working with many of the biggest names in the IT industry, such as Dell EMC, Intel, NVIDIA and Teradici, our client is a proven innovator in the design, manufacture and systems integration of high availability solutions for remote physical and virtual workstations.
Our client is now looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join their team and manage the Integration Laboratory facility which integrates and configures their products within customer environments.
As a Technical Support Analyst, you will:
- Integrate and test products, ensuring they meet customer requirements
- Create testing documentation and run test scripts
- Design and complete Systems Integration Testing (SIT)
- Develop and deliver test plans, integration reports and technical presentations
- Provide technical advice to customers throughout the project lifecycle
- Troubleshoot any issues
- Liaise with technical partners when required
To be considered as a Technical Support Analyst, you will need:
- Experience of writing test documentation (IT, electronics or telecoms)
- Knowledge of IT systems management, including desktop and server virtualisation
- In-depth networking experience, including switching, routing, MPLS, security, firewalls and MS Office
- The proven ability to work and communicate with senior technical levels, including consultants, systems engineers and project managers
- A strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of VMware, vSphere, Microsoft Project or ITIL would be beneficial, as would a BSc/BEng/HND or similar in Computer Science or Electronics or equivalent experience in open systems hardware and software.
