Role Description

The Business change Manager is responsible for identifying, preparing and delivering changes that will minimise the impact to people's ways of working due to the implementation of changes to the client's IT systems.

The Business change Manager is required to be flexible in their approach and willing to take on other responsibilities when required.

Role Responsibilities

* Provide a full range of Business Change Services to the client.

* Manage Change Projects (if required) using Prince 2 methodology.

* Consult in an innovative way, and by using previous experience and knowledge to make recommendations/suggestions to plan successful outcomes.

* Create and deliver Business Change and Communications strategies.

* Work with Programme, Project Managers and Business Change team to inform the development of deployments from inception through to completion of rollout.

* Analyse changes to identify what the changes mean to the client, and identify any processes that need to be developed.

* Stakeholder analysis and stakeholder management.

* Create and manage multi-stakeholder group teams so they work in a joint, integrated and collaborative way.

* Complete Training Needs Analysis to capture any training requirements.

* Facilitate workshops.

* Ensure the Business is ready for changes.

* Design and manage IT implementation 'Pilots'.

* Produce, own and implement Business Change and Communications artefacts as required by the client (e.g. Business Change Plans, Communications Plans, Benefits Realisation, Lessons Learned logs etc.

* Provide accurate and timely communications, via the clients preferred channels.

* Provide accurate and timely reports to the Programme, Project and Business Change Lead.

* 'Close' Business Change activities associated with the completion of deliveries.

* Flexibility with working hours and willing to travel when required.

Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 18 weeks.
