Project Office Administrator - MS Project/JIRA/Project Manager/Digital

THE ROLE

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Project Office Administrator to help our extremely busy PMO team working on a variety of digital projects.

You will be working with a number of teams on a number of projects so communication and organisational skills are a must.

You will assist and support the development teams and senior management on some of the major new projects they have secured, promising a massive variety in scope of work. Duties will include creating and maintaining spreadsheets and databases, scheduling project based reviews and meetings amongst many others.

SKILLS REQUIRED

To be considered for the role you will possess the following skills:

- Exposure to PMO
- Any exposure to Agile, Prince 2, PMP environments
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Highly organised
- Process orientated and persuasive


DESIRABLE SKILLS

- Exposure to specific digital projects
- Knowledge of software such as MS Project or JIRA
- Knowledge of web based technologies


You will ideally have a genuine interest in Project Management and the differing methods/processes available such as Agile, SCRUM, PRINCE2.
