The Company:
Recognised as a fast growing technology company specialising in the development and provision of touch screen school management solutions we currently have an opening in our development team for an experienced .Net developer. The position will see the successful candidate play a key role in the design and development of our software products.
Role Requirements:
*An in-depth knowledge and extensive experience of C#.net programming language, focused mainly on Visual Studio development platforms.
*Experience of the following technologies essential; MVVM, MVC, XAML, Entity Framework, ASP.Net, Microservices.
*In depth knowledge and experience in developing systems using separation of concerns methodology and designing and building loosely coupled classes with unit tests.
*Developing and deploying cloud-based services would be advantageous.
*Desirable knowledge of Xamarin (used in an Android/iOS/UWP environment), REST Services, DevExpress/Telerik components, JavaScript, RabbitMQ, HTML5, Iconic, Angular or React.
*A working knowledge of JIRA source control would be advantageous.
*Experience of working in an Agile environment would be desirable.
*Good working Knowledge of MS SQL and NoSQL either CosmosDB, CouchDB or MongoDB would be desirable.
*Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude.
Day to day activities:
We are about to begin the development of an exciting new cloud-based product in line with the latest microservices architecture. This role will mean that you are solely focused on the greenfield work going forward.
