Business Analyst

One of our top retail clients is seeking a Business Analyst to join their Nottinghamshire based IT team. You will be required to document the business requirements in User Stories and Business Use Cases. Working alongside Product Owners and Development team to ensure all business requirements and gathered and fully understood.

SBusiness Analyst duties will include, but not limited to:

*Gathering business requirements and document these in epics, user stories and business use cases

*Defining, documenting and carrying out small projects

*Identifying, assessing and managing the risks to the success of the project

*Preparing plans, and tracking activity against the project schedule, reporting on the progress to stakeholders

*Working alongside the Product Owners/Customers to understand requests, and identifying any possible missed requirements

*Working with the development team to ensure they understand the business requirements

*Monitoring the costs, timescale and resources used on the projects, taking action wherever these deviate from the agreed SLA

As the Business Analyst you will be required to possess:

*Strong experience working as an IT Business Analyst previously

*Experience using a number of Business Analysis tools and techniques

*Previous experience working within an Agile environment

*An understanding of Agile Development methodologies would be advantageous

*Scrum Master Certification would be beneficial

*Experience managing a number stakeholders at varying levels within the business
