AZURE CLOUD INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEERExcellent opportunities available in central London for highly skilled Azure Infrastructure Engineers to join our client, a European market leader in digital transformations.The successful candidates will become an integral part of the Cloud Centre of Excellence team and will have the opportunity to work on a greenfield programme of work with a remit of migrating all IT services (some on-premise , some on an internal private cloud) to the Azure platform.We're looking for candidates with a passion of new technologies and with previous experience of Azure Cloud migrations, looking to move to a role where they can implement what they know and further their knowledge, skills & experience. Essential SkillsUnderstand the possibilities with Azure ADO for a green field implementation.Relevant experience as a systems administrator in an operations environment.Ability to work with virtualization technologyExperience in monitoring and auditing systemsKnowledge of networking concepts (e.g., DNS, TCP/IP, and firewalls)Experience handling Application Build, Configuration Management, Deployment & Release EngineeringAbility to deploy, manage, and operate scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systemsCapability to migrate on-premises workload to service providersKey awareness related to cloud security principles and patch management.Proficient in cloud engineering toolsExperience working in an Agile environment.Able to articulate solutions and communicate with stakeholders on a day to day basis.Expert knowledge of Ms Azure ARM templatesDesirable Skills:Azure IaaS/PaaS/SaaS principlesAzure IaaS (Virtual networks, VMs)Azure StorageAzure SQL & Cosmos DB exposurePower BIActive DirectoryAzure Active DirectoryAzure Active Directory ConnectAzure security principlesDesirable QualificationsMicrosoft Certified: ADO (Azure DevOps)Our client is keen to promote a healthy work-life balance and offers the flexibility to work from home as well as a superb benefits package.If you want to find out more about these exciting opportunities, please get in touch with Maggie Cobos or apply online for immediate consideration.
