Assistant Quantity Surveyor Developer | South East London | up to £45,000 plus package A leading developer with projects across London is looking for a Assistant Quantity Surveyor to initially lead a landmark 200-unit refurb and new-build residential project.This developer built almost 4,000 units in the last year alone nationwide, and almost 20,000 in the last five years. They have live high-spec, luxury residential new-build projects, of which some units are worth over £1.5m each! Another live project a minimum of another 4 years to run, and consists of residential, retail and leisure space.As Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you would be joining a dynamic and ambitious team, within a company that support just under 35,000 jobs nationally. This is a great opportunity to add a renowned and established developer to your portfolio of experience.
