Head of IT Operations (Infra/Cloud, Network, DBA, Cyber)

Interim, asap start. East Midlands, min 4 days on-site, ideally 5.

The suitable candidate for this role will be a senior IT leader with both technical and business acumen to lead the IT operations teams for day to day and also the delivery of project based work. Role will be covering Network, Hosting / Storage (On prem and Azure cloud), Security, DBA / App Support and Business Continuity teams.

You will be working closely with the IT Director as the business undertake wide ranging transformation and a move to a "Cloud First" approach and their own role and responsibilities grow.

You will take ownership and accountability for the smooth running and ongoing improvement. Deal with escalated incidents, day to day matrix management of the teams and individuals (eg coaching and developing), responding and liaising with business requests.Competitive, market rates paid
