Technical Analyst - Apple, iOS, iPad, Devices

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Analyst to join a FTSE 100 industry leader at a time of continued technology driven growth to manage and support a range of mobile and digital devices used across the wider business operations.This role as Technical Analyst offers you the opportunity to work closely with external vendors to oversee the roll out of stock, administer insurance, implement an efficient repair loop and establish the appropriate asset management processes. As the technical Analyst you will also be required to take ownership of the planning, delivery and implementation of device logistics, app upgrades ensuring the ongoing integrity of the platform.As the Technical Analyst you will be expected deliver training and briefings where required to new starters and wider teams to ensure understanding of devices and systems as well as providing detailed support for any escalated issues.To be considered for this exciting Technical Analyst role you will possess the following skills:Strong understanding of iOS and iPad platform.Proven experience in system administration and support.Strong understanding of device security.Previous experience working directly with 3rd party suppliers.Industry experience of operations in either Airline / Travel, Retail, FMCG or Leisure.Technical Analyst - operations devices, Apple, iOS, device security, system administration. Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience) plus up to 20% bonus and excellent benefits

Location: Luton, Bedfordshire - commutable from central London, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire.
