This hybrid role will challenge the Technical Support Analyst to employ client management skills, alongside technical expertise, to support our suite of software.We're a leading London fintech and are offering the Technical Support Analyst:Client relationship management - understanding their business workflow requirements to designing solutions for implementationTechnical point of contact (Programming/Bloomberg/Fidessa/Trading), working closely with the development team to resolve complex problems in real-time scenariosWork closely with regional executives and stakeholders to communicate progress and suggest any improvements to the system/processes.You, as the Technical Support Analyst, will be working closely with the sell-side OMS regional executives to communicate progress and supervise release management.
