Assistant Quantity SurveyorOxfordshire | up to £35,000 A developer that works across private housing new-build, refurb and small works projects is looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to come on board and oversee residential projects across North Oxfordshire.As an established outfit, they employ over 100 experienced, dynamic and ambitious professionals who are experts in delivering bespoke, high-spec private residential works.Many of your future colleagues, should you take this role, have already had very long tenures, which has enabled the hierarchy to form strong relationships with clients - there is never a downturn in business and there is always a strong pipeline of projects.You will be the perfect Assistant Quantity Surveyor if you have experience working across private residential projects, and you'd like to work for a forward-thinking company with a turnover of over £30m annually.
