C++ Software Engineer / Developer (C/C++ Endianness VFX). Market leading visual effects software house is seeking a skilled C++ Software Engineer with strong low level C/C++ development skills. You'll be developing and maintaining one of the key product offerings using techniques such as Endianness and Byte swapping tricks.

You will be working in a vibrant area in the heart of Central London within an informal software house environment with casual dress code and bright, funky offices. Please note: remote working from the UK will also be considered / work from home.

Requirements:

*Strong C/C++ engineering experience

*Low level knowledge of the language needed, e.g. Endianness, Byte swapping tricks

*Experience and knowledge of pixel formats and colour workflows in post-production

*Nice to have: knowledge of video file formats (Quicktime, MXF, DNxHD), with experience of the BMX library beneficial
