Business Intelligence Lead

One of our industry leading clients is seeking a Business Intelligence Lead to be based in their London office. You will be supporting senior members of the Procurement Systems and Processes team within the organisation.

You will have a detailed understanding of the data and information requirements across the business which is necessary to deliver value in the Procurement division. You will support the strategy for delivering Procurement Business Intelligence requirements and for the long-term development of the BI landscape of procurement within the business.

Business Intelligence Lead duties will include, but not limited to:

*Identifying, collecting and documenting details business requirements related to Business Intelligence in procurement

*Developing and maintaining an understanding of how the current data landscape across the business affects the delivery of the requirements

*Managing expectations of key stakeholders across the business

*Contribute and develop the BU strategy for Procurement Processes and Systems

*Supporting and contributing towards a programme of short and long-term initiatives to developer the Procurement BI landscape

*Managing projects to implement the Procurement BI and reporting needs of the business

*Driving standards of high quality within the Procurement BI division, acting as a source of up to date best practice and expertise

*Supporting projects that improve the quality of data available from source systems, and those related to SAP data content and structure

As the Business Intelligence Lead, you will be required to posses:

*Proven technical and functional expertise in the BI area

*A good understanding of, and delivering BI needs in a strategic and operational Procurement environment

*Experience leading and contributing to BI projects (across multiple countries would be beneficial)

*Previous experience working across multiple data sources with varying structure and quality

*Evidence of a thorough approach to data and information quality

*Strong experience with stakeholder management, able to influence and manage conflicting priorities
