Design Manager

A Main Contractor has a vacancy for a Design Manager in Birmingham.

The Birmingham office has only recently been set up so it is a great time to get involved with a growing division.

The company work on various new build, fit out and refurbishment projects across sectors such as Commercial, Retail, Industrial and Residential.

Ideally the successful Design Manager will have residential experience such as apartments, high rise accommodation and social housing blocks.

Design Manager Requirements

-Experience in residential projects would be beneficial

-Experience in both new build and refurbishment would be ideal

-Contractor background

-UK Driving Licence

Design Manager Remuneration

Salary: £55,000 - £63,000 per annum

Location: Solihull

Other benefits: Car/Car allowance, generous pension, 25 days holiday, healthcare
