ITIL Service Analyst

The Role
As an ITL Service Analyst you will manage the quality and availability of IT services in a multi-supplier environment. Being responsible for the triage and prioritisation of incidents, problems and service requests, driving progress from creation to resolution.
The Responsibilities
*Analyse raw service data to identify common causes of service failure and/or avoidable cost, identifying new fields, metrics and targets where required.
*Support the production and improvement of reporting to company board and supporting committees.
*Manage the operation and development of the company's Service Desk tooling (currently Atlassian JIRA), including workflow design and syncing data between projects.
*Manage supplier performance against agreed SLAs, escalating issues approaching and/or beyond breach.
*Ensure adherence to service management process documentation, identifying and delivering improvements where required.
*Own discrete service improvement projects from start-up to delivery.
*Monitor and enhance system alerting to proactively identify and resolve service disruption (covering multiple products and suppliers).
The Requirements
*Experience of working in an outsourced, multi-supplier IT environment.
*Strong incident management experience.
*Strong influencing and communication skills are essential, as is an aptitude for attention to detail.
*Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical teams.
*ITIL v3 Service Operations qualified.
