Senior Quantity Surveyor:Location: Birmingham

Salary: £50,000-£60,000

Benefits: Car Allowance, Pension Scheme, Healthcare, Discretionary BonusSummary:I have an interesting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with Refurb experience, to work with a highly reputable Main Contractor based in Birmingham.

They typically work various Refurbishment projects within sectors such as Commercial, Education, Healthcare and Residential with values ranging from £200k-£4mil.

The ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will have experience working on a range of similar schemes as the Number one QS. This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to take the next step into a Senior position, or for an experienced Senior QS looking for a busy, fast-paced working environment.Senior Quantity Surveyor Requirements:- Must have experience on both Commercial and Residential Refurb projects

- Have looked after a team of surveyors before

- Live local to Birmingham
