You would be working for well-respected cloud security SaaS company.What we offerCompetitive salariesEquity incentiveGreat benefitsHigh energy environmentRoom for personal and professional growthResponsibilitiesThe main focus of this role is to be a leader within our technical customer success and pre-sales engineering efforts in the EMEA regionPre-sales and post-sales roleStrong AWS and/or Devops or security experience is requiredMust be a leader and advisor to our clientsProvide daily technical support for sales and business development staffThat being across both pre-sale and post-sale basisHave a working knowledge of how to use API based services and CloudFormation templates to help deepen a customers use of cloud conformityHave great communication with direct sales colleagues and customersCommunicate with Head of Marketing and Head of Sales on any customer feedback that can strengthen the overall commercial processWork closely with strategic clients on all things cloud and cloud securityEngage with customers daily to answer questionsAttend meetings with sales staff, managers, technical personnel to discuss sales goals and product informationDevelop a working relationship with partnersBe able to manage multiple customer engagements concurrentlyDemonstrate a working knowledge of how to integrate the cloud conformity Qualifications 6 -7 years of experience in a technical roleBS or equivalent working experience with Devops, Cloud, End-point, network or application based security technologiesExcel in customer-facing environmentsStrong verbal and written communications skills with a focus on needs analysis, positioning, business justification, and closing techniquesExcellent presentation and demonstration skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a global teamAbility to travel locally and regionally when requiredWillingness to lend a hand in other areas of our growing business as needs ariseSaaS and/or start-up experience preferredTo be shortlisted for this vacancy then contact Bethany Greenwood-Fox, Recruitment Consultant on,
