There has become a need to increase the size of the software team due to mass company growth and having just brought a number of software engineers on board it's now time to bring in a talented software tester...
Role Responsibilities:
Carry out software and hardware testing on a daily basis as to the current need for testing.
Research and implement new testing methods that are beneficial to the company.
Maintain the automated unit testing and produce new tests.
Compile and create feedback from customers on released products which can be fed back into future products and updates.
Have an involvement in any product design to ensure stability and quality right through the design process.
Periodically report when products are not meeting demands of the customers identified through the HelpDesk and other systems.
Analyse customer support data to develop and improve software testing.
Develop and created automated tests to be run by a build server.Key Skills/Knowledge:
