Due to positive growth this successful well-established business has an opportunity for a two Control Systems Project Team Leaders to join lead different project teams within the business.You will need a background in PLC / HMI programming with recent and extensive experience leading projects for a customer base across the North West region on diverse industries such as oil & gas, manufacturing, water and waste water, food processing, waste recycling, infrastructure, energy and transportation industries. If you would enjoy a role where you are essentially running a small business within a well-established business then this could be the role for you.As a Control Systems Project Team Leader you would be leading a team of control systems engineers in delivering projects right from the initial specification through to in-house testing. You will have the autonomy to choose the work that most suits and engages your team and as such you will be tasked with mentoring and developing them further.Your Main Responsibilities will be to lead projects and mentor others. You will be participating in the whole life cycle delivering projects from start to finish so you will be interfacing directly with customers and suppliers. You will not be expected to do the programming yourself but will still be heavily involved in the technical side of the project which will be everything from reviewing functional design specifications to having high level technical discussions with customers. This role offers a salary of £45,000 - £55,000 and highly flexible working hours starting anywhere between 07:00 & 11:00. Additionally 25 days holiday + bank holidays, bonus, pension and life insurance.
