£35,000ShortList Recruitment are on the lookout for a Customer Success Consultant to join our client who are a leading software development business based in Manchester.The focus of the Customer Success Consultant role is to account manage and provide support to the current and new clients, providing technical guidance on SaaS Workflow software.The key requirements for the Customer Success Consultant are:Demonstrable ability to think logically and work closely with software developersExperience with SaaS and Cloud based productsSystems integration and SaaS/AWS experienceExperience in a customer facing technical positionProvide software product support to clientsExperience as an IT trainer would be beneficialAbility to work closely within a professional services team environmentSome coding experience or understanding of technologies such as HTML, CSS, C# would be beneficialAbility to follow instructions and work to strict delivery guidelinesAble to work well under pressure and to work independently at timesThe Customer Success Consultant role will work across a range of new systems deployments for both large and small corporate across the UK.
