Business Analyst

Spring Technology are working with a leading organisation in Chesterfield to find a Business Analyst to support them in an exciting transformation programme.

The role

As the Business Analyst you will be responsible for investigating and analysing business activities and processes with the objective of implementing a digital platform.

The Responsibilities

*You will undertake categorisation activities to understand and document exciting business process flows and operational structures.

*Provide training, coaching and support to operational teams and management.

*Work with the operations and project team to agree and apply system build refinements.

*Conduct cost and benefit analysis with the support of the existing team.

*Review, analyse and evaluate current business processes and practises to propose and implement improvements.

*Facilitate meetings and workshops for team members and stakeholders.

*Communicate between internal departments and external parties.

The Requirements

*Previous experience in a similar Business Analyst role.

*Knowledge of Business Analyst techniques.

*Experience working with different IT platforms and developing solutions.

*Excellent communication skills.

*Experience working with different teams and clients.
