Our Ideal Candidate:
Your key skill will be delivery and maintenance of performance testing using structured manual and automated methods to execute and record testsPossess the ability to asses performance risk, design and execute performance testing and report on findings with recommendationsPossess the ability to identify, implement and work with application, database and infrastructure monitoring tools in analysing the performanceExtensive use of performance test tools such as Visual Studio / LoadRunner / JMeterKnowledge with applications deployed across virtualised infrastructuresAbility to identify and implement alternative methods of generating and injecting loads into the applicationknowledge of performance testing .NET Client-Server applications for both application performance and interface responsiveness under differing conditionsSound foundation knowledge in non-functional software QAYou will be able to clearly document repeatable performance tests so that other team members can easily understand purpose, actions and expected outcomesYou will be adaptable in various testing methodologies, practices, and tools that complement the software quality processYou will be used to working in an agile environment and adaptable to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment
What you'll need
BS/BA degree in computer science, engineering or related disciplineknowledge of VB.Net / C# / Java (OOP) programming languagesUse of automation skills with technologies such as Coded UI / Selenium / TestStack.WhitePreviously working with teams using BDD or TDDParticipation in agile planning, sprinting and reviews
