The role
We are looking for a talented and collaborative Project Support Officer to join our delivery (PMO) team in a part time role at our Chertsey office. The PSO will assist in project documentation, assurance and administration activities, whilst supporting the Delivery Programme Office Manager and wider Delivery Department.

Key responsibilities:
 Maintain and coordinate updates to Clinisys' delivery operating model, including process and templatesSupport Project Managers (PMs) and the PMO Manager to keep project finances up to dateCarry out project server administration and support CliniSys project server usersSupport the maintenance of the central PMO project logAssist in the management of the SharePoint siteProvide administrative support to the PMO and delivery departmentAssist PMs in the production and maintenance of project plansMonitoring, scheduling and reporting on the following, ensuring PMs are aware of the inputs required in a timely manner:Stage gate reviewsService transition meetings (ISSR, FSRR, Go-NoGo etc)Ensuring RFCs are submitted and represented at the weekly CABAssurance, covering:Customer sign offs are clearly defined, archived and readily availableProjects adhere to CliniSys' delivery method and templatesOutstanding actions from stage gates are managed and chased through to resolutionRisk and issue logs are regularly reviewed, items have owners, action dates are not in the past etc.Monitoring and logging project documentation and payment milestone evidenceDeliverables are fully accounted for during / following project closedown meetingsAssist delivery team in booking training courses, raising purchase orders (third party software licences, hardware and external resources) and coordinating invoice payments with the finance teamProvide ad-hoc requests for programme informationBook meeting rooms, set up meetings, minute taking and follow up on action pointsProvide cover for the PMO Manager during their absenceKnowledge, skills, abilities:
 Have a proven track record of working in PMO, project support function or project coordination environmentCommitted and highly motivated organised individual capable of working independently and as part of a teamDetail orientedGood verbal and written communication skillsSolid understanding of project methodologies, tools and techniques, including planning, RAID and change managementStrong MS Office skills, particularly MS Excel (pivot tables and lookups), Outlook and WordWorking knowledge of MS ProjectWorking knowledge of SharePointEducation and experience :
 Experience within an IT or software provider organisationEducated to degree level desirableCurrent Prince2 Foundation certification desirableWhy join CliniSys:
