IT Support Manager (Windows Linux Sys Admin). Hugely successful FinTech is seeking a stand-alone IT Support Manager to take on a challenging and high responsibility role; ensuring the continued health and compliance of the environments supporting their high availability web-based solutions.

As the IT Support Manager you'll act as a hands-on administrator for a resilient infrastructure which includes redundant external hosting, DNS level failover, a local area office network and a disaster recovery location. There is a client facing and strategic element to this role and therefore you must be comfortable working with multiple third parties (suppliers and clients).

Based in London, you'll be joining a friendly and collaborative team within a well-established business that offers a comprehensive benefits package. The company's SaaS finance product is written in Python and runs on Linux and Windows servers.

Requirements:

*Extensive Linux and Windows Server administration experience

*Comfortable working within a client facing role and liaising with third parties

*Python scripting / programming experience

*TCP/IP, networking, VPN and routing experience

*Ability to write high quality documentation

*Degree educated in Computer Science or similar

*Excellent communication and collaboration skills
