Lead Estimator

A Main Contractor based in Warwickshire has a vacancy for a Lead Estimator to join their team.

This role would suit an Estimator looking for a step up or a Senior Estimator looking for a change.

The company work on a variety of new build and refurbishment projects across the Commercial, Education, Industrial, Retail, Leisure and Social Care sectors.

Projects are typically valued between £100k - £5m and the successful Estimator will be looking after a number of projects.

This company has grown quickly since its inception and has surpassed £100m a year turnover.

The Estimator will be working closely with the Commercial Manager and Contracts Manager.

Lead Estimator Requirements

-Estimating experience on new build construction projects

-Have worked on smaller valued projects (£100k - £5m)

-Be able to work on multiple projects at the same time

-UK Driving Licence

Lead Estimator Remuneration

Salary: £58,000 - £68,000 per annum

Location: Warwickshire
