Let us tell you a little bit about the role....

Working to the Head of Product and Digital Delivery, you will be accountable for directing the delivery of one or more CQC complex core digital products or services by leading a plan of work across the team. The role is about building, maintaining and motivating a team, ensuring there is an iterative plan to work towards to deliver change driven by the Target Operating Model. Identifying obstacles to project delivery, you will play a key role in the management of risks, budgets and people.

What we're looking for from you...

You are to have experience of using a range of agile project management methods and frameworks for complex high risk and/or large-scale projects. You will also have extensive proven experience in delivering digital projects and products with an in depth understanding of the digital landscape. To effectively lead, it is important that you can matrix-manage multidisciplinary teams and adopt a continuous improvement approach to planning including people and budgets.
