The Senior Performance Analyst - Digital will be responsible for analysis within a given area, helping to measure and assess outcomes whilst planning to ensure successful project delivery. The successful post holder will work with Agile teams on projects and continuous improvement whilst working with other Agile delivery disciplines throughout the product life cycle.

The responsibilities of the role will include leading on the development of performance measurement frameworks and actively contributing to performance analysis community both within the team and CQC as a whole.

You will have experience with turning complex data into clear actionable stories. You will be able to communicate both negative and positive data to stakeholders and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.

Your experience will include working to business goals, whilst staying up to date with current changes in the industry in order to ensure cost efficiency in tools and technology.
