This role is located in the popular and scenic French speaking part of Switzerland and is for an established and growing company working in a range of areas including Automotive. Working within the Automotive design team, you will have the opportunity to work from specification and system level study to design implementation and verification on ultra-low power design in close collaboration with customer and production support team. They are seeking an experienced professional motivated to drive design, methodology and best practices with a direct effect on product performance.

This role is a lead position where you will be leading projects and overseeing the various stages of the design process.

Responsibilities include:

Define, architect and write ASIC specificationPartition designs, make assignments and manage other designersConduct Design reviews for Analog and Digital blocksDefining milestones with Project managementDocument activityManage relationships with clients and stakeholdersPerform risk management to minimise project risks

The successful applicant will have a strong and proven background and a minimum experience of 5 years in Analog/Mixed Signal circuit design in CMOS technology. An understanding of Digital IC Design is also required. Experience in Automotive is a plus.
