SAP ABAP Developer

Spring are working in partnership with a leading manufacturing company in Wakefield to recruit a SAP ABAP Developer

Wakefield

£50k - £55k + Bonus

Your job will be:

As a SAP ABAP Developer you will be translating functional requirements into workable solutions, making recommendations and developing SAP implementations

You will be working collaboratively across the company engaging different departments and working to change improve the SAP estate of the organisation

Your responsibilities will be

*Translate functional requirements into technical specifications

*Develop and make changes and customisations to solutions using SAP ABAP

*Deliver agreed requirements during SAP implementations

*Proactively identifying business process improvements

*Collaborate across the business with various teams and individuals

You will need

*Excellent SAP ABAP development experience including large scale implementations

*Ability to work independently resolving issues and proposing solutions

*Proven knowledge and experience of SAP module configuration

*Ability to take responsibility for the design activities on projects

*PI/PO Experience would be beneficial
