Full Time - Reporting Administrator

Working for an award-winning retail technology company who provide IT support to high end Retailers and Hospitality with clients such as Ted Baker, Starbucks, Pizza Hut, Vue Cinemas and many more.

What will they ask you to do?

Working Monday - Saturday covering 40 hours over a period of 5 days you will be required to manage, distribute and log their support tickets received via emails from their clients and 3rd parties to appropriate teams within a timely fashion.

You will need to able to support their Helpdesk Reporting Analyst and the Service Delivery Lead's with the weekly reports and will provide cover when the Helpdesk Reporting Analyst is on annual leave.

You will assist management in data tidy up calls to maintain the integrity of the data stored for each client, you will also have to liaise across the teams to ensure calls SLA's are achieved and escalate any issues to prevent SLA breaches.

You will be working closely with their Service Delivery Manager for the Helpdesk and ensuring the completion of weekly/monthly client reports are complete using Ambercat, Jira and Tableau reporting tools to then escalate any abnormalities or SLA breaches to the Service Delivery Manager.
