We are an established recruitment consultancy now in our 22nd year of trading. We specialise in helping our clients recruit IT professionals for roles in IT Infrastructure, IT Software development and Cyber Security. We help recruit for a wide range of organisations across the UK and overseas.

Duties:

*Candidate search, engagement and selection

*Background research on clients and candidates

*Interviewing candidates (predominately by telephone).

*Setting up video interviews for candidates

*CV preparation for presentation to the hiring organisation

*Advert construction and publication

*Interview facilitation

*Offer negotiation

*Client liaison support (which will include client site visits).

Personal specifications:

*Articulate with good written and verbal communication

*Excellent telephone manner and confident on the telephone when liaising with candidates / clients

*Professional and hardworking approach and flexible to work outside standard hours (if needed)

*Experienced user of Outlook and MS Word

*Highly organised and have a good attention to detail

*Ambitious and self-motivated

*Preferably educated to A level or degree level

*Happy in a target driven environment

Please note that public transport links to our offices are very poor, so driving license and own vehicle is desirable.
