Development / Supporting Development Team / BuildFamiliarity with Version Control Systems - SVN & GIT (at least one of the two - Microsoft less similar)- Management of branching policies and processFamiliarity with Artefact Management Systems - Nexus & JFrogFamiliarity of Build Automation Tools - Jenkins & TeamCityUnderstanding of Java Maven (including managing the builds)Integrating tools into a Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery tool (CI/CD) DeliveryInfrastructure automation tools - Ansible / chef- Managing Infrastructure as code- Managing Complex Environment InventoryComplete deployments using Ansible scripts (includes pre-work to update inventory, deal with any issue prior and post the deployment.) OperationsUnix / Linux environments: RedHatShell Scripting: bash, python, perlApplication/Web servers: Jboss, ApacheDatabase systems: Oracle, MySql, Volt*Networks, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Security Tools - HSM / F5 / DataPower (nice to have)Comfortable with Production EnvironmentsAbility to Debug environment issues, and perform root-cause analysis Soft SkillsStakeholder management (Developers, Testers, Mgt.)CommunicationManage workloadsProven - get up-to speed quickly, managing multiple strands of work.Operate effectively within a large, distributed development organisation, some team work remotely.resolve complex technical - delivery dependencies - risks quicklyExperience in supporting mission critical applications - investigation, troubleshooting and detailed root cause analysis of deployment issuesGood personal impact - inspire confidence - positive action.Experience of Large Complex Application This Role is a permanant fully onsite role in Leatherhead up to £65,000 per annum.
