This role is available as the company is expanding.The role.Due to the business's continued success within our Cyber, Information & Training Division (CIT), we have a fantastic opportunity for a well organised and pro-active individual to join our team as an Associate Project Manager. Working under a team of Project & Senior Project Managers, the Associate Project Manager will take responsibility for a range of smaller Software and Infrastructure projects, managing various stages of the project lifecycle from project initiation through to completion.Working specifically within the Security Technology Delivery Team, you will gain valuable exposure across a range of projects including service delivery, consultancy, and research development projects.Key Accountabilities.The associate project manager will be responsible for the development and maintenance of positive engagement with project customers, partners and suppliers.You will be ensuring project members operate in line with the Operating Framework & functional competency management requirements; and have appropriate personal objectives recorded in the Performance Management System.The Associate Project Manager will be responsible for the maintenance of forecasts (both financial and resource demand signal) for sales and delivery which reflects the up-to-date expectations for the work.You will apply governance requirements (including lifecycle, project & independent reviews as appropriate) for foundation sales and delivery work.You will be reporting progress to the programme / portfolio manager (or their delegate).The Fit.This opportunity will suit a motivated and driven individual who is looking to pursue a career within project management.
