As an overall they design and develop software in order to produce solutions for reputable organisations so that they can be ahead of the game in their specialist market.They have undergone significant growth which with offices North America, Europe, and India, which means global opportunities for career advancement.The Role - As a Java Developer with my client you will be based in Sunderland primarily but there will be optional travel regularly to work at client sites across the country where you will get the hands on experience in managing projects through their entire life cycles working with C-level executives from the moment you join the business.Aside from developing bespoke solutions in an agile environment using Java you will have the opportunity to use JavaScript(React) giving more of a full stack feel to the role and in turn driving your personal development forward - which to my client is just as important as getting the day to day job done.The Candidate - I am looking for someone who wants to take on a challenge and challenge their existing day to day.As an overall I want to see :2-3 commercial experience using Java, Spring & HibernateWorked to agile methodologiesTDD/BDD/ Unit TestingAbility to prioritise and think on the spotWork well individually and also as part of a teamOptional : If you have been using JavaScript ( React) then this would be a huge bonus in making you more of a full stack developer, something of which would be advantageous to this role.
