Junior PMO Analyst We are actively looking to secure a Junior PMO Analyst to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients. Responsibilities Assist in managing and tracking the updates to release level and core delivery plansProduce and analyse a suite of reports for circulation within the programme, adhering to account standards and Deadlines.Corroborate Project forecasts and undertake analysis of actuals versus previous forecastsHave a sound knowledge of Risks and Issues Management, evidenced by your ability to establish and verify risks and issues, and produce reports reflecting same for Risk Review meetings.Understand and participate in Change Control activity within the Programme, receipt and distribution of Change Requests, Proposals and associated impactsAttend development and progress meetings, producing reports and minutesProvide specific support to PMO Manager, Service Managers, Delivery Managers and Delivery Leaders to implement changes.Assist in tracking implementation of developed improvements within the PMO and wider programme, and work co-operatively to support other PMO team members in delivery of complimentary PMO service changes. Person Specification - Skills Required Business Skills 2 years' experience as a Junior PMO AnalystBe competent user of MS Office, Word, Excel and Outlook.Ideally have an understanding of Project Management methodologies and associated tools knowledge, eg Open Workbench, MSP.
