As a Project Co-ordinator, you'll gain valuable experience as you bring exciting, unique projects to fruition, working with skilled experts. Whether you're supporting Project Managers or taking on your own tasks with supervision, you'll be working on projects of all sizes and complexity. No matter how long the project, you'll keep efficient records. As well as handling project documentation, schedules and financial data, you'll be the first point of contact, dealing with people from across the organisation. Networking and sharing best practice, you'll keep everyone aware of issues and developments. You can join us in a number of divisions. Platform SystemsThis division works with front-line commands and wider government, providing all kinds of advice and solutions. It makes sure the UK's mission and weapons systems are cutting-edge by monitoring the latest technologies.
Chemical, Biological and Radiological Division
From chemical warfare detection systems to the latest advances in virology, this division provides an integrated chemistry, biology and radiation science capability.
Cyber and Information Systems Division
Technical excellence is at the heart of this division, which delivers projects with the potential to make an enormous impact. They span areas such as space, cyber defence and data science, often earning recognition for their contribution to defence's mission.
Counter Terrorism and Security
This division provides innovative science and technology (S&T) solutions for CTS operations. Specialist practitioners work in state-of-the-art facilities and deal with high density health and safety hazards such as explosives, chemicals, lasers, hostile locations, industrial and asbestos.
Defence and Security Analysis
This division helps the Ministry of Defence and wider government to make decisions about UK Defence and Security. They might concern critical policies or exciting new capabilities. It brings together international partners in industry and academia, and operates at the forefront of defence and security research and innovation. If you have some experience of supporting projects or the drive to build a career in this field, this is a prime opportunity to learn and build your skills.
