Data Architect / Engineer

A brand new role has just arisen for an experienced Data Architect / Engineer to join one of the largest charities in the UK in their head office based in Fenchurch Street, Central London. This is a brand-new role will lead on the architecture of a new data warehouse that will encompass all data across this charity including fundraising, health care, HR, finance and more. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to move into a full Data Architect role for the first time as you would have good knowledge in data modelling & data governance but looking for the first role to more into Architecture.

As the Data Architect / Engineer you will lead authority of the charities data structures & MDM which includes fundraising, health care informatics, finance and more. The Data Architect / engineer will be able to utilise the flexi working of this charity, 35-hour weeks and working from home 1 / 2 days a week.

Skills required for a Data Architect / Engineer are:

- Proven experience in developing data structures in SQL, SSIS or SSRS

- Good knowledge on Data Quality, Data Governance and ideally MDM (not essential)

- Brilliant communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders

- The desire to move into a full data architecture

- Experience in SQL and BI techniques

Salary: £48,000 - £55,000 + generous pension + brilliant benefits

Location: Fenchurch Street, Central London (working from home 1 / 2 days, 35 working hours)
