* ITSM (Incident, Problem, Request, Change, SLA Management.)

* Reporting

* Configuration Management. (CMDB, discovery, SCCM integration)

* Assessments: Surveys

* End User Portal: Service Catalogue

* Vulnerability Management

* knowledge management

* Platform: email notifications, version management, notify, performance Management, LDAP Integration, SSO Integration, group and user role administration, license management.
