Data Warehouse Developer - Cambridge - 6 Month Contract My client, a leading technology company are looking for a Data Warehouse Developer with experience developing in Native SAP HANA using HANA Studio to join them on site in Cambridge. The role is a 6 month initial contract and can offer a competitive daily rate. Role Information:You will be working with existing SAP HANA team to develop an architecture, modelling standards and conceptual data model for the metric and KPI layer.As well as working alongside the business & data owners to design logical and physical models for metrics and KPIs.From there you will be implementing the physical model within SAP HANA using SAP HANA Studio and leveraging existing data structures to existing development standards.Implementation of ETL using SAP Business Objects Data Services and SAP HANA Flowgraphs to existing development standards (where source data does not already reside within SAP HANA).You will also be testing and validating metrics and KPIs with business stakeholders and data owners.Support the Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) process for transport through environments.Develop detailed technical documentation for implemented metric / KPI. Required Skills:Candidates should have extensive experience SAP HANA Datawarehouse and FlowGraphs as well as a solid understanding of HANA Studio.Exposure to SAP Business Objects Data Services (BODS) is also of interest to the client.You should also be able to optimise models for query performance and be comfortable with SQL coding.Experience of designing and developing ETL scripts using SAP BODS and/or SAP HANA Flowgraphs is also desirable.
