Excellent career-development opportunity for a candidate with great numeracy and analytical skills to join a $100 billion global retailer
The successful candidate will work closely with the buying, operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth work-flow between item setup, maintenance and eventual propagation to the website.
This position will assist also the Loss Prevention Supervisor in reviewing online orders for accuracy and legitimacy to prevent online card fraud using Cybersource Decision Manager Tool. Position will require some weekend and evening scheduling.
Graduate Web Content / Fraud Analyst - eCommerce Tasks and Responsibilities:
+ Ensure all products are loaded in the correct primary category onto the website via the content management system
+ Manage product information inclusive of copy, attributes, images, videos, filters & sort orders on the website
+ Maintain accurate records of fraud prevention investigations including contacts with banks and credit card companies
+ Monitor products going live on the site and ensure content standards are met
+ Maintain Items and categories on the website in line with key events
+ Work closely with the UK call centre on site issues and concerns
+ Audit the site for consistency and accuracy
+ Assist with testing plans for website development projects
+ Verify and Review online orders via Cybersource and other fraud prevention tools to determine legitimacy of orders
+ Regular phone contact with banks, card providers and customers
+ Work closely with the Call Centre regarding customer credit card charges and all other payment queries
About You:
Qualifications:
+ Graduate in a technical subject preferred but not necessary
+ High degree of numeracy with analytical mind-set
Graduate Web Content / Fraud Analyst - eCommerce Experience/Knowledge Skills:
+ Microsoft Office (Word - Intermediate, Excel - Intermediate/Advance)
+ Working knowledge of Google Analytics and website reporting tools
+ Must be able to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast paced work environment
+ Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to maintain a strong working relationship.
+ Awareness of key competitors and market trends in ecommerce
+ Ability to multi task and manage various stakeholders and various requests
