The Service Transition Manager will have the Following:ITIL v3 certificationServiceNow experience requiredExcellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.Excellent listening, written, and oral communication skills.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Proficient Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM platform.Experience with ITIL and ITSM processes.Previous experience as a Service Transition Manager within a large organisation.Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.Stakeholder engagement and Presentation skills.ITIL knowledge and experience.ITIL v3 Foundation certification.Experience of leading transitions within different life cycles.Demonstrable experience of Service Management tools.
